How to judge the quality of ceramic mosaic

1) Appearance quality inspection: After being tiled, the mosaic tile line is within visual distance. If it is basically uniform, it can meet the standard size and tolerances. 2) Test method for firmness of bricks and brocade stickers: Use two hands to pinch the two corners that are on one side, and then set them upright. Then lay them flat and repeat three times. Use the bricks as qualified or take the bricks, then stretch them out. Repeatedly three times, to not lose bricks as qualified products.

3) Check the dehydration time: Put the tiles together flat, spread the stickers upwards, place them in water for 40 minutes, pinch the corner of the sticker, and remove the paper. Can meet the standard requirements.
